COOKIE SALE AT AMK HUB

hey guides!
we will be selling guides cookies at AMK hub on the 3rd and 4th december.
we need guides to help out. CIP hours will be given.
there are two slots per day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
only 5 guides are allowed for each slot.

Proposals for CCA Promo Day 2010

Hey I/Cs for the various comms for CCA Promo 2010! :D

Please do up your comm's proposal(s) by Tuesday, 10th Nov 2009. We also need to meet all I/Cs (if I/C can't come, then AI/C) and OI/Cs on Tuesday 10th Nov '09, at 12.30pm at Video World opposite TKGS. We might be late as we have Chinese O levels, but Janice will probably be there already.

If you have any queries of what to do for the proposals, pls refer to last year's committees' members & I/Cs, so that you know which senior to ask for help.
OI/Cs, you guys have to do up the floor plan for wet and dry weather, as well as the programme, in which you two can refer to last year's post to get a clearer idea...but pls do not copy entirely!

Haig Girls Initiative - 13 November :)

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ^^

There`ll be an initiative with Haig Girls' on 13th November, and the Brownies will be coming over to our school to find out more about Guiding. Therefore, we`ll need volunteers to help out in this initiative :) 30 guides will be needed so do volunteer and CIP hours will be given :) It will be from 1300 - 1700 including preparation and cleanup time! :)

in all, there are 6 different committees. OI/Cs, if in any case that one or more committee is short handed or needs more help, pls do get guides from other committees to help in the short handed committee(s).

All I/Cs, pls do get help if you are unsure of what to do, from the Sec 3s in charge of the various comms last year. You can go to 2008 entry October 29th for the committee members last year and the I/Cs etc.

any enquiries, do not hesitate to ask us. the sec 3s will be around to help, but for 2009's sec 2s, you guys are in charge. it's your game! sec ones, do work well with your sec 2 seniors! CCA sessions schedule for the holidays will be given out soon... Hey sec 2s & 1s, Jiayous and make it the best promo! :)
